From the moment I called Real Tree Masters I was impressed with how professional they are. Elena, Office Manager was efficient, charming and so helpful with a rather confusing order.
Steven the Arborist knew exactly how to get negelected shrubs and bushes healthy again.
The crew who came and did the pruning were knowledgeable and the cleanup was exemplary.
The pricing for the work done and the sevice is very reasonable and I was pleasently surprised
I would not hesitate to give a strong recommendation for their services.

Thank you Elena,and Steven

They did a great job. I was looking for tree service Mississauga. The arborist is very efficient, cleaned up very well after a job done to perfection. Tree removal went perfectly. Best tree care around.

Exceptional company to deal with. Best pricing compared to the competition. Best in timely quoting and detailed quoting comparted to the competition. No surprises! From the first office contact with Elena, to Steve, in a timely manner, coming onsite to review the project and providing the quote (with pictures) the same day, and the service crew performing the work, they all did a great job and provided a very professional experience from the initial contact to the completed work on December 4, 2024.

It was a pleasure to deal with a company with exceptional customer service.

I do not usually post a review but The Real Tree Masters went above and beyond my expectations.
I highly recommend them.

Thank you so much for your splendid services.
The gentlemen did a terrific job. They explained what was to be done, what they were doing and gave me some tips how to treat the tree to ensure it will remain healthy.
They cleaned up everything. Other than having all that wonderful light back in my garden, one would never know that they had been here.
Highly recommend them.

I hired The Real Tree Masters team in October 2024 and I am so happy that I did! I received prompt and courteous service from Elena the office administrator, and had all of my questions answered quickly.

The work was scheduled immediately and the crew came to do the job efficiently. I had nothing to worry about because the damaged tree was cut down within hours and my backyard space was left tidy.

Thanks!
